What kind of success have you had lately with your fitness program? You see, I've find that most people fall into two camps when it comes to fitness (or anything else having to do with success, for that matter). Last issue I shared with you an email I received asking for a guarantee that the arm program I gave you would work. This is one camp, the camp that looks for any reason at all NOT to do something, not to take action, not to be a success. Then there's the other camp. The people in this camp take action on what they learn. Here's an email from someone that falls in this camp. "Hey man, remember me? I followed your arm blasting routine last week. I was doing the ultimate one rep dip, but i had to do the regular one rep pull-up, the ultimate was just too much. So i just wanted to let you know i gained almost half an inch on my left arm, and half an inch on my right arm. Awesome! Thanks for the routine. Thanks. Juan" A half inch on each arm in only a week, from three pretty short workouts. I don't know about you, but I'll take weight training results like that anytime. What about you? Would you like a half inch of muscle on your arms in a week? So, did you put the arm blasting routine into full effect? If not, why not? You're working out anyway, right? So what do you have to lose by taking a shot at this muscle building routine? Weight training success (and success in general) is very simple. Success is a two part formula. I'm sure you've heard the phase that knowledge is power. I've also heard that applied knowledge is power. This is the more accurate phrase. You can have all the knowledge in the world, but if you don't take action on it, you won't see any results. Don't let this be you. You need the correct knowledge, which is what I try and give you in this newsletter. And the second part of the success formula is taking action. You have to take action on the knowledge you receive. Without action, you've got nothing but if you take massive action you'll get massive results, whether it's building muscle and adding an inch of size to your arms, or losing those last 10 pounds of fat and getting leaned and ripped. So you have to ask yourself, which camp do you fall into? Do you acquire a lot of knowledge but never take action on it? Do you come up with every excuse in the book as to why something isn't going to work? Or do you learn what you need to learn, put it into action, and reap the rewards. In Juan's case this was a half inch of muscle mass to each arm from three measly short weight training workouts. Which camp do you want to be in? I hope it's the second camp.
