If you're using a PC to download the files, use the following steps. First, put your mouse pointer over the link. Then click the right mouse button. A menu will pop up which will include the options "Save as," "Save Link As" or Save Target As". Hold the mouse pointer over that option and click the left button.

If you're experienced with downloading, choose where you want the file to be saved, and click on Save. Make sure you note where you've stored the file.

If you're not sure how this works, look for the folder with the upward pointing arrow. In this picture, it's to the right of the word "System(C:)" at the top of the window. Click on this until "System(C:)" is replaced with "Desktop."

Then click Save. When you look at your desktop, you'll find the file there.
