If you want to devise the proper weight gain programs, you need to keep a few simple rules in mind. You need to workout very hard.
Your workouts need to be brief. You need rest days to recover and grow (never workout with weights two days in a row).
In addition, as you get stronger, you need to workout harder, while further reducing the length of your workouts and adding more rest days between each workout. Your muscle building programs must be centered around these basics.
